Returns and refunds

Refund & Returns Policy

We at Axeva Games want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.


Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.


Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in their original condition, and undamaged
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for items that show signs of use or damage caused after delivery.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
  • Any customs duties or additional charges related to the return are also the responsibility of the buyer
  • In the case that the items were damaged during shipment, we will cover the return shipping costs


Refund Options

Once we receive the returned item, we will offer one of the following, based on your preference:

  • Replacement
  • Full refund to the original payment method
  • Store credit, if preferred


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Please contact us as soon as possible
  • Please include photos of the item and packaging

We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly, usually by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.


How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us via email ([email protected]) with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll guide you through the next steps.


Important Notes

  • Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted
  • We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping
  • Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected
