Processing Times

All orders are carefully prepared and packed by us.

  • Orders are typically shipped twice per week, on Tuesdays and Fridays
  • Processing time may vary depending on order volume and availability
  • During busy periods or holidays, processing may take slightly longer


Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship using trusted delivery services:

  • CTT Correios de Portugal for most national and international shipments
  • DHL may be used in specific cases (e.g. faster or specialized deliveries)


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by destination:

  • Portugal: 1–2 business days
  • European Union & UK: 3–7 business days
  • USA: 5–10 business days
  • Rest of the world: 7–14 business days

Please note: these are estimated delivery times and may be affected by external factors (customs, weather, postal delays).


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout
  • In some cases, especially with multiple items, rates may not calculate correctly
    👉 If you notice an unusually high shipping cost, please contact us — we’ll gladly provide a custom shipping quote
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
  • We are not responsible for delays or costs related to customs processing

  • Rest of the European Union
  • United Kingdom
  • United States

We also ship to other countries worldwide, depending on postal service availability.


Tracking & Insurance

  • Most shipments include tracking information
  • Tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped


Delays, Lost or Missing Packages

While we do our best to ensure smooth delivery, issues can occasionally occur.

  • If your order has not arrived after twice the estimated delivery time, please contact us
  • We will work with the carrier to investigate and find a solution

  • All orders are hand-packed by us, which means processing times depend on our availability
  • We always aim to stick to our twice-weekly shipping schedule, but slight delays may occur during peak periods
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances
